1. What does the one-year warranty cover?

The one-year warranty covers fully work-related damages (material defects, improper installation). External damages are not covered (weather, animals, and others caused by natural causes).

2. What is included in the prices?

The price list reflects the investment for each panel, and it includes materials, removal of the old material, installation of the new material, and a 1-year warranty.

3. What are the payment methods available?

We accept online payments through platforms such as Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Cash. We also accept physical and in-person payments via checks and cash.

4. Is my presence at home necessary during the work?

The presence of the homeowner is not necessary during the work. If you are not available at the time of the repair, it's not a problem. Before and after photos of the work will be sent to you via phone.

5. Do you have any other type of material?

Besides regular Sun Screen and Bug Screen for windows and sliding doors, we also offer the PRIVACY Screen service (Florida Glass).
